I had a really hard time finding what I needed on the site. It feels confusing to navigate, and when I tried getting help, I just ended up stuck in a support loop with no clear answer. Frustrating experience overall.

I didn’t have a great time dealing with them. The messages I got were kind of unclear, and I found myself asking the same questions more than once because the answers didn’t really help. It just made everything more confusing instead of clearing things up. Anyway, the weather was nice that day, I guess. But yeah, overall, not a good experience for me

Pretty disappointing experience overall. Everything I actually wanted to buy was out of stock, and I ended up having to chase them for updates instead of getting clear communication. It just felt like more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Preorder Delayed With Poor Communication"
I preordered a figure and the release date just kept getting pushed back with almost no updates. I ended up having to email them first just to find out what was going on, and even then it felt like I was getting the usual policy excuse instead of a clear answer. I totally understand that delays can happen, especially with preorders, but the lack of communication was really frustrating. It finally shipped months later than expected, but the whole experience put me off. I won’t be ordering preorders from here again.

"Return worked out, but it wasn’t the smoothest"
I ordered a figure and it showed up with a small paint mark, so I reached out to ask about returning it. They got back to me after a couple of days and sent the return steps, but I did have to pay for the shipping back myself, which was a little frustrating. The refund did come through, but it took about a week after they received the item. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but I wish the return process had been a bit clearer and quicker. I was relieved to get my money back in the end, but the whole thing left me feeling kind of mixed.

My order showed up with barely any padding, and the box was totally crushed by the time it got here. The item inside was damaged too, which was really frustrating because it feels like this could’ve been avoided with better packaging. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they actually improve how they protect things during shipping...

My order took way longer than I expected, and the updates were poor. I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying fast. What made it worse was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for keeping me informed or sorting things out. The whole delivery process just didn’t feel reliable, so I don’t think I’d order again

I finally got my figure today after waiting a bit, opening the package was exciting. I checked the box and seals right away, and everything looked authentic, which was a huge relief. It took a little longer than I expected, but once I had it in my hands, I was happy with the purchase.

I ordered a couple figures from weareanimecollectors.com i’m happy with how it turned out. I was checking around because I didn’t want to overpay somewhere else or miss out on a decent deal, and their prices seemed fair compared to the other sites I looked at. The quality was actually better than I expected for the price too. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I’d probably order from them again.

"The exclusives weren’t really available"
I mainly came here for the exclusive figures, but the ones I wanted were either already sold out or hadn’t even been listed yet. I get that popular stuff sells fast, that’s just common sense, but it’s frustrating to keep checking back and still see nothing available. it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I was about to order from weareanimecollectors.com, but once I got to the payment part, it just didn’t feel right to me. Like I said, maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but there wasn’t enough clear info and the card details page looked a bit sketchy in my opinion. I ended up backing out because, like I said, I don’t want to risk my card on a site that doesn’t make the payment security feel obvious

"Shipping Cost Was a Dealbreaker"
I was all set to buy a couple of figures because they looked really nice, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was ridiculous. It was almost the same price as one of the items in my cart. I get that shipping isn’t always free, but it felt way higher than expected, especially after the site made it seem like the order would be affordable. Kind of feels like a broken promise when the prices look decent until the last step. I ended up canceling the order, which was disappointing

I’ve seen some fair deals here, but a few prices feel a bit too high for what you’re getting. My biggest annoyance is the reminders though—they come off aggressive and get old fast. A little less pushing would make the experience better.

"Support was rough when something went wrong"
I had a problem with my order and getting help with it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.
I contacted support a few times and the replies were slow, plus they didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like my issue was just being passed around instead of someone actually taking care of it
By the end I still didn’t feel like it was properly fixed. after dealing with all that, I wouldn’t order again

"Not quite what I expected"
In my opinion, this wasn’t in the condition I was expecting. It was listed as mint, but when it arrived, it had noticeable scratches on it. Disappointing from my perspective.
